RimRock Oil and Gas is a privately held exploration and production company with its corporate office in Denver, CO. We are focused on acquiring and exploiting North American onshore assets, primarily in the Bakken Resource Play in the Williston Basin. Formed in 2016, RimRock is backed by an equity commitment from our financial partner, Warburg Pincus.

In 2017, we acquired operations of 100 producing wells and currently have 162 operated wells. Total land holdings area 28,000 net acres at a 85% average working interest, all located within the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in Dunn County, North Dakota. The vast majority of our holdings are operated where we can apply state of the art technologies to optimize asset performance, be a low cost operator, and create value for our investors. The leadership team has over 150 years of combined industry experience and a proven track record of acquiring and developing large scale plays.
