James Fraser has 40 years of significant upstream experience across the USA and Canada. He has a proven track record of creating, building, and leading value adding organizations with technical and operational expertise across both conventional and unconventional assets. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Talisman Inc.’s North American Shale Division where he led the growth and expansion of four major operating areas in both the US and Canada. Mr. Fraser was also Vice President of Chesapeake Energy’s Southern Division encompassing Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico with major capital programs in the Barnett and Haynesville Shales as well as the Permian Basin, East and South Texas. He spent over 20 years with Burlington Resources in a variety of management, exploration, operations and engineering roles across various Rocky Mountain basins, the San Juan Basin and key successful exploration programs.
James has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from MT Tech and an MBA from Regis College.
Andre has 15 years of investment and upstream oil & gas experience. Andre co-led corporate development activities for Talisman Energy Inc. including the diligence process for executed sale of TLM ($13 Bn transaction). In addition, Andre managed financial, commercial, and performance management activities for TLM North American Shale division investing over $2 Bn annually. Prior to joining TLM, Andre was a VP of McLean Budden Ltd, a $40 Bn public investment management firm, covering energy equities globally.

Glenn has 20 years of experience in oil and gas including leadership positions directing exploration, development, and advanced technical teams in Canada, the United States and other global area. Past experience includes Husky Energy Inc., Anadarko Petroleum Corp., Talisman Energy Inc. and Repsol S.A., coupled with experience in private start-up companies, co-founding Exshaw Oil & Gas Inc.

Marty has 17 years of operational and technical focused upstream & midstream experience. Marty has spent the last 12 years in unconventional development, managing teams and growing shale businesses with yearly budgets in excess of 1 billion dollars. Marty has held leadership positions in new entries into the Marcellus, Eagleford, and most recently the Bakken. As VP Operations, Marty is responsible for production, drilling, completions, facilities, field operations, environmental, health and safety and ESG functions.
Marty’s past experience also includes Weatherford Completion and Production Systems, Husky Oil, Talisman Energy and Repsol Oil and Gas USA.
Marty has a Petroleum Systems Engineering Degree from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, and a Global Energy Executive MBA from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business.
